As the forms contains personal information we do not recommend you send it as a simple attachment, so please, create a ZIP file protected by a password and send us two emails. The first email containing the ZIP file and a second email sharing the password to UNZIP the file.
Using a cloud app such as Dropbox or Google Drive, create a shared folder, upload all files to this folder and send a share link to us.
